A member asked:

How do i check for a bleeding problem if i get nosebleeds twice a month?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

See an MD: Nose bleeds are usually not due to bleeding problems but local issues, e.G, dryness. You may try putting a little emollient in the external nares, being careful to not overdo it since you do not want the emollient getting into your lungs. If that does not reduce the frequency of bleeds, you should see a doctor for investigation.
