Cause?: The treatment will depend on the cause of his nosebleeds. Generally making sure his environment is not too dry and also keeping his nasal passages lubricated with a topical antibiotics will help. Avoid repeated nasal trauma or touching the nose. If he hasn't been checked out for a clotting disorder, this might be helpful. All the best.
