What would be the problem after a nosebleed the passing out and waking up being terrified thinking u had died she is 8?

Syncope: Difficult to be sure what but child may have passed out from fear seeing the blood, and dreamed about the death. Children can believe dreams are real. An 8yr old hasn't the life experience of an adult.
