There : There are a few different issues going on here. You should see your doctor for your hip pan. You will likely need an x-ray and pain medication while a diagnosis is sought. As far as your abdominal pain, this also needs to be investigated. You could have a build up of scar tissue or an issue with the mess. Lastly the vaginal discharge could be infectious (bacteria, yeast, etc) please see your doctor in order to address all your issues. Best of luck.
