Mammogram: You will benefit from seeing your GYN for breast exam and possibly labwork and mammogram. Watery discharge from the breast can be due to multiple things (ductal ectasia or widening, hormonal changes, medications, breast disorder, prolactinoma,etc.)

Breast evaluation: You should see your family doctor or gynecologist to give a thorough history and have a clinical breast examination. He/She may try to get some of the watery discharge on a glass slide and send it for examination to a reference laboratory. I would encourage you to learn how to perform a self breast exam and do one monthly.
