Hi. i had a hysterectomy in november last year (not sure if relevant) , last week, i was getting sharp shooting pains in the left side of my hip, almost groin area, theyre slightly better but today a sharp shooting pain in my left thigh.

Hip pain : The hysterectomy probably is unrelated to your hip and thigh pain. If your ovaries were removed, get an exam to determine if you might have a blood clot in your left leg, and if not, an ultrasound may reveal a left ovarian cyst.
