See details: If you had a partial hysterectomy, then you will not get a period. If the cervix was left behind, sometimes it can be a source of blood. More concerning is that you have vaginal bleeding and this is in the setting of vaginal mesh. You need an exam to make sure that there are no vaginal erosions or exposure of the mesh material.

Cervix vs. Mesh : You will need an evaluation with a thorough exam to determine the source of bleeding -- the cervix or possibly an exposure of vaginal mesh in the vagina. Fortunately, there are options for both issues and can be fixed definitively.
