This : This will depend on what is causing your breast pain. If the pain is from a tight capsule or scar around the implant, called a capsular contracture, the answer is that there is a good chance it will help with discomfort. If your breasts are soft with the implants then we cannot be sure what is causing the pain and we be less likely to feel the pain would get better. I hope this helps. Dr. Edwards.

The : The pain may very well go away if the capsule is the cause.Your residual breast tissue may be causing the pain from fibrocystic disease. But by and large removal fo the imlants or replacement with capsulectomies may be all you need.www.beautybybrueck.com.

Possibly.: Much will depend on exactly what the cause of your pain is. If the pain is related to the breast implant applying pressure to a specific area, then pain relief is likely. Or, if the pain is related to thickened breast implant capsule, removal of this capsule may be helpful. I tell our patients that alleviating/eliminating pain surgically can be unpredictable and impossible to guarantee.
