I had a d&c suction surgery on friday march 2nd. i am having severe pain and golf size blood clots. is this normal? i would rate my pain an 8 on the pain scale. i have been taking ibuprofen and using a heating pad.

Hopefully : Hopefully your symptoms have subsided or you contacted your doctor and were seen. Blood clots this large are not normal and pain that is 8/10 is worrisome. In a situation like this your doctor should be contacted by phone right away or you should present to the emergency room. I hope you are better soon.
