Blood after surgery: You just had surgery on your urinary tract. It is expected that you will have some blood and as you heal the amount of blood will decrease. For pain make sure that you use tylenol, (acetaminophen) NOT one of the NSAIDs, as they interfere with ability of platelets to clot. Speak to the urologist to get an average figure but as long as you see it getting lighter in color that is good!
