Blot clot: A blood clot will typically present with calf pain and swelling of your leg. I would still recommend you see your doctor about the foot pain to make sure it isn't anything severe

See your Dr.: Clots are usually in the calf and sometimes in the upper thigh. The pain in the foot could be related to soft tissue inflammation or a joint problem. See your local Dr.
