It : It all depends on the doctor and what needs to be done. As a rule, the more experienced doctors will be in the higher price range (you get what you pay for). If your child needed a serious operation, you would not look for the cheapest surgeon, you'd be looking for the best surgeon. Give yourself the same attention.

Many reasons: Eyelid work is very detailed and may be frayed with complications in the wrong hands. In some instances it is done for visual obstruction, sometimes for cosmetic purposes, or both. In performing a lower blepharoplasty there are also adjunctive procedures that sometimes need to be done in order to avoid complications and to achieve an excellent result. Experience as well plays part.

Eyelid surgery: Every surgeon is different and performs the surgery slightly different. Make sure that your surgeon is board certified and trained in this type of surgery. http://www.dassmd.com/eyelid-surgery/index.html.

Many reasons: It depends on what is being done technically, how much time is needed, surgeon's skills and experience, facility and anesthesia cost. Each case is personalized and is determined based on all of the above. The cost is not one size fits all.
