Happy eyes: Blepharoplasty can really play a large part in rejuvenating the central face. It can clean up bags and the tear trough and restore a bright and happy appearance. If done improperly it can cause dry eyes, difficulty closing the eyes and lid malposition.

Risks Benefits Eyes: Benefits far outweigh risks in blepharoplasty. The eyes are what we look at most of the time we are looking at each other. Making them look better will make you look less tired, more well rested, and more youthful. The main risks have to do with eyelid malposition or function. These are less than 5% in most series. Visible scars are another risk. Loss of vision is rare (1 in 15, 000).
