To : To enlarge and to shape the buttocks - in my opinion - fat injections are probably the best. Many a times, second injection is needed.

Autologous : Autologous fat injections are certainly possible but the amount needed to give significant augmentation precludes the use of most off the shelf fillers.

Brazilian : Brazilian butt lift is the best answer. You can have other areas of your body contoured with liposuction and then the fat is prepared and injected into the buttocks for augmentation. This fat can be permanent. Some of the fat will absorb so the initial amount will be over done. Discuss it with a board certified plastic surgeon. Best wishes dr. Peterson.

Brazilian lift : It is commonplace to do fat injections for buttock enhancement. It is also called the brazilian butt lift and i commonly do it in my practice with excellent results.
