Cheek : Cheek augmentation can indeed be performed without surgery. Cheek implants are used, but they can be complicated by extrusion or displacement. Fillers such as Radiesse (dermal fillers) or sculptra are good alternatives. The down side of these products is that they are expensive and temporary. But, in my opinion, fillers are a better option than surgical implants. Fat transfer is heavily marketed today, but the results are somewhat unpredictable. And the technique sounds better on paper than in practice and outcomes. Hope this helps.

Cheek : Cheek augmentation can be done with fillers, fat or implants. Using your own fat or implants does require surgery. You can use some fillers without surgery but the results will be more subtle. For really small augmentation of the cheek you can use radiesse (dermal fillers). For a bit more augmentation you might choose sculptra which works very well but requires a few sessions. Generally speaking, fat transfer or implants will give you more of a result and achieve your goal faster.I hope this info helps! best regards, adam j rubinstein, md, facshttp://www.Dr-rubinstein.Com [http://www.Dr-rubinstein.Com]305-792-7575past chief, section of plastic surgery jackson north medical centeractive member, american society of plastic surgeonsactive member, american society for aesthetic plastic surgeryactive member, international society of aesthetic plastic surgeryfounding member, american society of bariatric plastic surgeonsactive member, american academy of anti-aging medicineconfidentiality notice: the information contained in this electronic message may be privileged and confidential, and may or may not contain sensitive and personal information, including identifiable health information, the confidentiality of which may be protected by federal and state law and is only for the use of the individual(s) or entity(ies) named on address line(s)above. Injectables : Injectables are a very reasonable choice for nonsurgical cheek augmentation. I believe that the best choice for this is sculptra. Sculptra provides a gradual , natural, and safe augmentation when performed by an experienced plastic surgeon. The results last at least 2 years and may last longer. Fat injections are also possible but this is a surgical procedure with attendant costs, risks and potential complications.

Yes: There are several fillers on the marked FDA approved and geared for cheek augmentation Radiuses is an older calcium type filler that also helps restore some bone and collagen. There is also voluma and restyle lyft which are not calcium based but fill the flattened cheek area. Expect results to last between 1-2 years
