It : It actually sounds like you have an infection. You may have a collection of pus(infection) inside your nose, which is causing the odor, or you could have necrotic(dead) tissue which could be a sign that the cancer returned. You should visit your primary care provider for an evaluation and testing. If your doctor feels you need a specialist, then you will likely be referred to a dermatologist and/or an ENT (ear, nose, and throat) doctor. Best of luck.
