Basal cell carcinoma micronodular removed from my nose 2nd 1 same side of nose what's the chance theirs more ?

Higher incidence: Basal cell cancers are locally invasive they do not spread once removed completely will not recur, at the same spot , but has a higher tendency to develop at deferent location, as the exposed part of skin due to exposure to actinic rays ( sun ) , lighter skin people are more prone, as they lack protective melanin pigment.

Once: You get a basal cell there is a high liklihood you will get more in your lifetime.
