Higher incidence: Basal cell cancers are locally invasive they do not spread once removed completely will not recur, at the same spot , but has a higher tendency to develop at deferent location, as the exposed part of skin due to exposure to actinic rays ( sun ) , lighter skin people are more prone, as they lack protective melanin pigment.
