I'm : I'm sorry that this happened to you. You may have fractured or bruised your tailbone. You can try advil or tylenol (acetaminophen) for discomfort, and ice the area. If you have severe back pain, any numbness or weakness, (or with your head-headache or vomiting), then you must be seen immediately for an evaluation.
