A member asked:

Tailbone pain, had an x-ray ~1mo ago (normal). went to chiropractor for adjustment. fine for a bit. pain is bad. hurts to sit/move. 4mo postpartum?

Tailbone pain ?: If you had a vaginal delivery, a fracture may occur in the coccyx, and in four months, some healing may occur, which may obscure a "hairline fracture", the movement of which with sitting will be painful. Unfortunately, there is no general "cure" for this until complete healing occurs. Restrict sitting fully , but lean to one side or the other to minimize further displacement of the coccyx
