Hello. : Hello. First off i want to let you know that i can not diagnose your dizziness and headaches. Low hanging fruits: 1. Ensure that you are well hydrated. 2. See an optometrist to find out if your lens prescription needs to be changed. Assuming that when you talk about the odor of smoke or something really burnt, that you are referring to an actual scent that other people also smell, then this is likely a headache trigger. If you smell things when there is not actually an odor present and it preceeds the headaches, this could be an olfactory aura. Sometimes olfactory auras can preceed migraine headaches. I recommend that you be seen, possibly by a neurologist to determine the cause for your symptoms. Take care.

Yes you need exam: Your glasses are not the problem. You need to see your primary care physician to evaluate you. It's possible you have a migraine variant with dizziness, but other possibilities like low blood pressure, heart condition, inner ear problem to name a few. Make an appointment right away and get some help.
