CDH: Chronic daily headache is disorder that occurs more than 15 days per month and lasts longer than 4 hours per day. Once a secondary headache has been excluded, next is to rule out acute medication overuse. Treatment: nonpharmacologic such as behavioral treatments and biofeedback should be used adjunctively along with medications. Rec.: see a headache specialist for comprehensive evaluation.
