Every time i make a sudden movement, ride/drive in a motorized vehicle, fall, etc i get a headache, stiff neck, dizzy. i also feel like my brain moves?

Not sure : Not sure, some migraine patient reports above while riding in car as passenger. Not easy to give your simple answers, I suggest to speak with your MD and maybe neurological consult.
