Not for thighs: It's hard to get the coolsculpting applicator head to fit the outer thigh area. So, it won't give a good result there.

3 months: Results are seen in about 3 months. However the thighs are not generally very responsive to coolsculpting. You might be a better candidate for smart lipo or Cellulose depending on the location and type of the "bumpy fat.".

CoolSculpting timing: CoolSculpting is a machine that draws fat into a suction cup and then cools the tissue. The cooling freezes the fat. The fat cells die. Improvement in contour is usually seen 8-12 weeks later. Best to see a board certified plastic surgeon to see your individual situation.
