The : The chest pressure is the most worrisome symptom. I agree with the pharmacist regarding no major drug interactions as far as I am aware. Chest pressure can be cardiac in origin or be a result of a lung issue (bronchitis, pneumonia, asthma). If you are still feeling chest pressure regardless if it is only mild, you need to seek medical care, especially with your history of hypertension and diabetes. All the best.

Intolerance: Hard to know what is mixing with what etc.. The good news is that it shouldn't last that long and i would be very surprised if any lasting harm was done. Perhaps in the future simply use a nasal spray or some natural decongestants?
