No clue: and you need to talk to the prescriber. Buster can cause dizziness and a variety of weird symptoms, including electrical sensations and headache, but I have never seen a patient with chest or rib pain from it, and don't think that is a listed side effect. Things associated by time are not always really connected. Talk to your doctor or pharmacist about it first.
