Side effects: Buspar (buspirone) has been recommended and approved to control anxiety. However, it also has a few noradrenergic (stimulating) properties, and some people experience these as side effects. Your sleeping problems might be related to those side effects. Ask your doctor or prescriber for an alternative treatment.
