Pulmonary : Pulmonary fibrosis can be secondary to other causes or a primary condition ( idiopathic or unknown cause). Path-physiology of the disease is poorly understood at this point. Oral enzymes which claim to cure the disease have not been scientifically proven such claims in medical society. You will get a lot of buzz on the internet about these curative enzymes but the hard truth is that there is only a hand full of medication that actually work.

Pulmonary Fibrosis: Unfortunately this is one of the diagnoses in pulmonary for which there are not really good treatment options . If the fibrosis can be linked to other diagnoses (autoimmune diseases for instance) then sometimes treating the underlying disease has been shown to make the lung symptoms better. There are no studies that show that vitamins will work. Be sure to do your research if using herbal pills.
