If : If you are in unbearable pain you must seek medical attention right away. If you are unable to see your doctor then you should present to an urgent care or emergency room. This "lump" on your leg could be an abscess(bacterial infection), tumor, lipoma(fatty mass), muscle spasm, etc. It is very difficult to say with the limited information in your post, and honestly a doctor needs to examine you. If : If you haven't seen a physician for this problem yet, i strongly urge you to do so. Without an examination, it's not possible to determine whether your pain is arising from a hematoma, a bone tumor, or some other problem, but the severity of your pain warrants immediate medical attention.
