Cyst ?: that could be a fatty cyst developed from an old injury or infection that happened in that area,it's the body's way of protecting itself by in- capsulating that foreign object to isolated from the body ,being movable is good, but I would have it examined by your doctor next time you're having a checkup.

Small lymph node: that is a typical area where a lymph node drained some infection or inflammation years ago and remained slightly enlarged after the malady resolved. Since it is not tender, is mobile, and has not changed over years all indicate it is benign. Should it start enlargening or you feel others near it or other areas of your body, consult with your PCP. During your next check-up, point it out to your doc
