Reflexology : Reflexology is the ancient practice of applying pressure to the feet to reduce pain, improve blood flow to particular organs or areas of the body and to assist with relaxation, to mention just a few things. Like auricular (ear) acupuncture it works through the concept that certain zones on the foot represent microsystems of the total body. Using pressure in those zones, can impact the corresponding areas of the body. Unfortunately, drying your feet well while simultaneously massaging them is not reflexology. Practioners of reflexology undergo specialized training to learn their techniques.

Probably not: But it is a good idea nonetheless. Massaging your feet is a good way to inspect your feet, and if it feels good why not?

No but...: It will not make the numbness go away, but massage is good for the feet and it feels good! avoid lotion between the toes.

No...but try this: Diabetic neuropathy can occur even when bs is controlled but the first thing you want to focus on is keeping your numbers at goal. Capscaicin is an otc cream that is known to help this neuropathy and a supplement called metanx which needs prescription can also help. Otherwise there are meds that can be prescribed by your doctor.
