hit my head on my left temple today. it is slightly swollen and sensitive to touch. also hurts when i chew. should i be worried? happened 5 hours ago.

If : If you were not knocked out and suffered no loss of consciousness then i think you only suffered a contusion. Advil or tylenol, (acetaminophen) ice packs tonight, rest. You should do well. Best wishes.
