I feel slight pain under left jawline only when i touch it,upon tilting my head backwards i could feel something swollen and painful to touch,its movable,it has been there for a while but no othr symptom.is it a swollen lymphnode? should i be worried?

It could be an enlarged lymph node but it could be a swollen salivary gland that may have a stone in its duct. If discomfort or tenderness of this lump persist, see your MD or an ENT specialist for evaluation & advice.
