Investigations : Investigations and pain do not always correlate. Mri and x-rays can be "normal" and the patient can have severe pain. Other times the investigations can be very "abnormal" and the patient has no pain. I recommend you see a pain specialist (interventional pain doctor) for further assessment and workup. You may also benefit from physical therapy and/or chiropractic treatments.
