The : The most common pinched nerve a t the elbow is the ulnar nerve in cubital tunnel syndrome. While numbness in the little and ring finger, weakness in the intrinsic muscles of the hand and weakness in several flexor tendons occurs, pain is not commonly a primary symptom. Some who have medial epicondylitia may have pain, and can have concurrent ulnar nerve symptoms. Anither type of nerve compression at the elbow is so called radial tunnel syndrome. At times radial tunnel is thought to present with similar findings of tennis elbow or lateral epicondylitis. If you had some lateral or medial epiicndylitis pain could be a component. Talk to an orthopedit or hand surgeon.
