I had rotator cuff surgery 2 years ago after surgery i have not been able to straighten out my elbow ever since. my elbow not hurts all the time especially when i care anything could the shoulder surgery have been a caused this?

It should not happen after rotator cuff surgery. Discuss with the surgeon. You need to be examind for the cause by a ortho. surgeon. Good luck
