I had a bad fall last night and landed on my left elbow, same arm that i had shoulder surgery on in july this year. my elbow is swollen and i have two patches of bruising on it. i have lots of pain with shockwaves. please help?

ELBOW INJURY: YOU PROBABLY HAVE A SMALL HEMATOMA AND THIS IS IRRITATING THE ULNAR NERVE GIVING YOU THE SHOCKWAVES. FIRSTLY GET AN XRAY TO SEE IF THERE IS A FRACTURE - THEN IF NO FRACTURE USE NSAID'S AND COLD COMPRESS TO HELP WITH INFLAMMATION AND DECREASE THE SWELLING.
