More testing: Stop having surgery without a very good reason. You need to be thoroughly re-evaluated by an independent specialist to exclude other causes than ulnar nerve injury, such as thoracic outlet, brachial plexus, cervical nerve root. Get imaging of the ulnar nerve (mri with contrast) and an emg-nerve conduction study.
