Weight: The correct sequence is 3, 2, 1. In terms of weighting 3 & 2 hold equal weight.

1,3,2: The diet is the most important variable for losing the weight. However, the sleep is most important overall. When you sleep, your body repairs itself, but also releases growth hormone - important for many things. Studies show that people who sleep less do not lose weight as much as those who get the proper sleep. Exercise is also important, but without the other 2, will not do as much. All 3 = win.
