Rashes : Rashes are difficult to diagnose even when examining the patient and nearly impossible to diagnose without an exam. Your sister should be seen by her doctor so that she can be diagnosed and treated properly. A red rash on the bottom could be a bacterial infection such as strep, a fungal infection, dermatitis from poor hygiene, or even a vitamin deficiency. Since these are all treated differently, it's important that she see a doctor.
