My 3 year old daughter keeps saying her vaginal area is itchy (and thus she scratches it a lot). i have checked the area over daily and there is no redness, no rash, no visible irritation at all. she doesnt say it hurts ever, not even when urinating?

Some basics: Many of these kids have simple reactions to soapy bathwater that forms an irritating film on their genitals. Kids dig at them in their sleep & the pee hole can become inflamed from trauma. Having these kids do a tub shower with a spray wand,not sit in soapy water can sometimes reduce this problem.
