The : The answer depends on your goal. If you are trying to lose weight then you should eat about 1500 calories a day and do your normal exercise routine (do not add an extra 700 calories). Ithis can also vary depending on your current weight. If you are trying to maintain your weight then you can eat about 2000 cal per day and continue your work out routine. However if after your work out you feel hungry or lightheaded then you should go ahead and eat something. A piece of fruit or high protein snack is a good idea. If you need more guidance consult a nutritionist for a detailed plan. Best of luck and happy holidays.
