am i eating enough calories? i'm a teenage girl and eat about 1, 500 calories a day and burn off about 700.

It depends on...: It depends on age and pubertal development. Most teen girls are still gaining weight, so the doctor can check at the annual check-up or at another visit, how the growth chart looks. A teen usually is not getting enough calories if she is below normal weight and not gaining.
