I just found a spot under my right breast that i can only describe it as feeling like a bulb, filled with air. what could it be i do have saline breast implants. the "bulb" is not painful. when pressed i feel nothing, but when released it feels like it

There : There are several possibilities, but the bottom line is that this absolutely has to be medically evaluated. Please call your doctor and arrange a medical evaluation. It is possible that this is related to your implants, but there are other possibilities as well. That is an abnormal finding and must be evaluated.

Impending exposure?: This could be an area of attenuated or thinned breast tissue due to atrophy or a pre-existing constricted breast deformity with "double bubble" or impending exposure or extrusion. You may actually be feeling the implant or the valve depending on the style of the implant. This is not an emergency and could be several other possibilities including a seroma or cyst but your surgeon is the best source.

Depends on issue: This could be a variety of things. Most commonly you have some thinning tissue and are feeling the implant fold, or the valve. It can be various other issues. Please go see your board certified plastic surgeon to have this checked out right away.

Implant: It could be that you are feeling a part of your implant that is becoming more superficial. It could be a small fold in your implant. Saltines are known to have that feeling.
