Need breast eval: It is hard to know why your breast hurts without having an exam done. It is most likely that your breast tissue is sore, and that there is nothing wrong with the implant. Women develop sore breasts from too much caffeine such as in coffee, soda and tea. Sometimes an ill-fitting bra can cause discomfort as well. I suggest having a breast exam done.
