The : The cone biopsy in 2001 would not typically produce scar tissue that would prevent conception. The cone biospy would have been performed on your cervix (outside of the uterus), not on the inside of your uterus.

It : It is very unusual for a woman to have infertility because of a cone or leep biopsy of the cervix. Certainly less than one percent of the time is this problem seen. It should be relatively easy to determine if there are any other concerns as well. If you are having your period regularly it is even more unlikely to be a problem.
