6 year old son had tonsils & adenoids removed 4 days ago have noticed when he sleeps 1 or both eyes don't fully close normal? donsent seem to want to eat and when i fed him soap he threw it up but does stay hydrated.

Sometimes : Sometimes people have their eyes slightly open when they sleep. I'm interested to know more about the soap. Was it used to induce vomiting because you thought there might be a blockage?

Check with doctor: I would recommend seeing the doctor who did the surgery or at least calling for explaination.
