Not an advice forum: However, mouth breathing and snoring are usually not normal except during stuffy nose illnesses, such as colds. So, one's doctor gets to recheck and figure out why the symptoms. If it's been a couple months after surgery, a pediatric occupational therapist and speech therapist can each take a look to see what else might help. A pediatric dentist or orthodontist can take a look too.

Needs to see ENT: Has she been brought back to see the ENT surgeon that did the procedure. There are other causes of nasal blockage that may lead to mouth breathing at night. Could be allergies, reflux or recurrent infection.
