Not sure what ?: I'm not entirely clear what your question is here. He may wake up with the sleep in his eyes if his tear ducts are plugged up, which can happen with allergies. Of he could have conjunctivitis, which could cause eye drainage. Would recommend warm compresses to the eyes and massaging his tear ducts in the inner corner of his eyes. If the drainage is persistent, needs to see doc to see if needs meds.

Asthma/glued eyes: Is you child taking preventative medication for allergy/ asthma control is asthma under control. If not needs allergy test/referral to asthma specialist how long he has glued eyes. Are the conjunctiva white if one has glued eyes and pink eye as well than it is a bacterial infection otherwise colds/ allergies can caused clogged tear ducts and cause eyes to stick together.
