Probably: There are no direct studies on sperm function with these drugs but anxiety/stress can be bad for male fertility. Since these are all drugs used to treat anxiety, there may be an underlying problem.

No: Have not seen any reports of this. However, it does effect libido and erectile function, with low levels perhaps increasing those while higher levels (as with alcohol) reducing them.
