No, I can't: Benzodiazepines, most of us feel, should NOT be the primary treatment for anxiety in the majority of people, and actually makes things worse in a lot of people,including producing abuse and addiction. The primary treatment of anxiety is psychotherapy, and the primary medication should be an antidepressant, most of which will also work for anxiety without the problems of benzos, but takes more time
